“As a resident of Grangetown for almost 30 years, I am passionate about supporting my local community and promoting inclusion and cohesion, ensuring that services are accessible and welcoming to all. I am the Head of Services and Operations at Race Equality First, where I oversee Advice Service Managers, sessional workers, and volunteers supporting community activities across Wales, and lead the Discrimination & Hate Crime service. I provide advocacy, advice, and mediation for individuals affected by hate crime and discrimination, and deliver training and workshops on these issues, as well as cultural awareness.”
